2008 Statesville Art Crawl
Featured on the Spring 2008 poster for the Downtown Statesville Art Crawl, the vessel entitled 'Bowl with Autumn Leaves' is forged sheet steel and iron. Julia used colored paste on the leaves to bring out the copper color. She then finished the piece with lacquer.
The vessel is meant to be used indoors to hold found objects or stand by itself as a work of art.
